I am currently a Trader Solutions Specialist at TD Ameritrade/Schwab. Clients who have an account of $3,000 or more with us get free 45 minute 1-on-1 walkthroughs of Thinkorswim, our advanced trading software.

My role consists of me performing between 6-8 of these meetings per day, where I spend the first 5 or so minutes getting to know them as a trader or investor, so that I can tailor their demo to fit their needs. We spend the rest of the time going through various features/tools on the platform, and how they can use them best.

We have a screen sharing function within the platform that makes these demos much easier, as I can point on their screen where Clients should be going.
